Dean Thistle

I moved to Southwestern Ontario from Newfoundland in 2000 and attended Fanshawe College, where I studied to become a Mechanical Engineering Technician. After completing a four-year Millwright apprenticeship with an industrial contractor in Cambridge ON, I acquired qualifications as a CGSB 48.9712 Non-Destructive Testing and Welding Inspector per CSA W178.1. In 2014, I co-founded Tradesafe Industrial Inc. with my brother, Joel Thistle. Together, we have been providing industrial services to Southwestern Ontario for the past 10 years, with a particular focus on industrial lifting, rigging and access equipment.
