Established in 1976, the Talbot Animal Clinic (TAC) opened in 1976 at 930 Talbot St. in St. Thomas (it's current location). It was the second clinic opened by the Elgin Veterinary Clinics. The TAC is a modern, fully equipped small animal veterinary clinic, serving St. Thomas and the surrounding area.
