About Us

Leads Employment Services London is a not for profit employment and skills development agency. They provide specialized services for people with disabilities and/or employment related barriers across Southwestern Ontario and have been since 1986. Their employment specialists work with clients who need varying levels of assistance developing skills and accessing employment opportunities, and/or post-employment supports. Leads Employment Services London also work with various employers and their hiring needs including screening, matching, as well as on-boarding.
