About Us

Insight Counselling Elgin is comprised of a group of skilled therapists who offer compassionate and insight-based counselling to individual preteens, teens, and adults and couples experiencing anxiety and depression, post-partum issues, infertility, ADHD, relationship conflict, childhood and recent trauma, grief and loss, family of origin issues, life transitions, work and school stress, issues related to traumatic brain injury, and parenting difficulties.
