About Us

Our mission is to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and to promote research. The Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners provides social work support, counselling, client and public education, system navigation support and therapeutic recreation programs for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. We provide services throughout Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford counties. Programs support individuals with all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment.
